Foundry partnered with Engineers Australia to launch the Graduate Employment Program, an initiative aimed at integrating young engineers into the industry. We built the campaign brand around the core message, “Your Graduates, Perfectly Engineered.”
To develop this message, we conducted comprehensive research, including industry analysis and stakeholder engagement, to understand the challenges and opportunities within the engineering sector. This research revealed critical insights: a prevalent skills gap, limited graduate awareness of opportunities, and the industry’s need for fresh talent. These insights guided the development of our brand message and strategy, ensuring relevance and resonance with both graduates and employers.
We crafted impactful messages tailored to both graduates and businesses, emphasising the alignment of young talent with industry needs. By leveraging traditional and digital advertising channels, we maximized reach and engagement through initiatives fostering meaningful interactions between graduates and industry professionals. A comprehensive suite of advertising, social media campaigns, and promotional materials was developed to connect graduates with potential employers.
